I am here to delight your senses with a very easy DIY Christmas wreath. If you thought this year you were not going to attempt a holiday DIY project, I am about to prove you wrong. Why? Because who, and I mean WHO, can resist a good wreath decor, right? Oh, and it is super easy to make it as well.

MATERIALS: wooden circle, fresh greenery clippings from the yard, white rope, small wire, and copper fittings.

Step 1

The first step in making this wreath is to attach the clippings of your choice to the base of the wooden circle using wire. I used Juniper and Eucalyptus on my wreath.

Step 2

Attach the white rope to the wooden circle like the photo below.

Step 3

We use a copper fitting to hide the knot. Besides having a functional role, this copper fitting adds just the right amount of jazz to the final piece.

I think that in order to make this Christmas decor turn into a statement piece you have to make a couple of pieces and dress a couple of windows with them. Hey, if you catch the DIY bug, make one for every window in the house. Cheers!
