The moment I stepped into this apartment back in March, my eyes were immediately drawn to the incredible views that surround the living space. The entire room is floored with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood in with views that are nothing short of extraordinary.

When it came to designing this living room, we had to make some adjustments to the floor plan. In order to accommodate a larger media room, the living room had to be slightly downsized. However, one thing we were absolutely unwilling to compromise on was the view. After the walls were moved, this space still had unobstructed vistas of the outside world and its revised size still allows for a great seating area.

I carefully curated a mix of furniture that embraces both modern and eclectic elements. The centerpiece of the room is undoubtedly the two large and colorful artwork pieces that adorn the expansive walls. These art pieces set the tone for the entire space, adding a sense of vibrancy and personality.

One of the key factors that make this living room truly unique is the combination of different textures. From the luxurious black boucle fabric to the smooth leather, and the cozy wool rug, each element adds its own touch of elegance. The travertine coffee table and marble side table add a touch of sophistication and earthiness to the room, creating a harmonious balance between natural and contemporary elements.

To bring the entire composition together, we framed the space with a large rug that ties everything together. The rug serves as a visual anchor, grounding the room and providing a sense of warmth and coziness. Its soft color complements the furniture selection, creating a visually appealing atmosphere.
