Today I am sharing all about how to style a console table. I feel like a console table is a piece of furniture in a home that allows for easy and fun styling throughout the year. This particular spot here in my dining room is not only the perfect target for seasonal decor (as you can see here and here), but it is also a place where I like to feature lots of greenery depending on the season.

For this particular vignette, I am framing the right side of the table with a beautiful sculpture from Bruno Cancado to set the tone. I feel very lucky because this very talented artist just so happens to be my brother-in-law. I am constantly pestering Bruno for new artwork that I can add to our collection here at #casacancado. On the other extreme of the console, I placed two vases in a lighter color, bringing in some symmetry as well as some contrast. In order to play with height, a few branches from my last foraging adventure added some much-needed height bringing in some movement to the composition. To finalize this console table decor, I added the new book from Athena Calderone, Live Beautiful, right in the middle of the console, while stacking it with a dark gray decorative piece.
