Call us crazy, but we are doing it again. Raquel and I closed on our second house flip at the end of January. This house needs all the love in the world. And while the amount of work is massive, this house has great bones and lots of potential. Ladies and gents welcome to #themanchesterflip.

#themanchesterflip is approximately 2,000 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath. Besides the living room, dining room, and kitchen, this house also offers a den, laundry area, and a breakfast nook. Basically, everything needs to go. We need to put in new roof, new plumbing, new electrical, new HVAC system, and the list goes on and go.

We chose this house because of the location and overall layout of the home. This house is located in Larchmond, a neighborhood sought by many families here in Norfolk, VA. We plan on adding a master suite upstairs by converting the smaller bedroom into a bathroom. But besides this change, we don’t have to break too many walls or reconfigure the space for the layout to work.
