#themanchesterflip project was welcomed with all our hearts. We gutted the house to the studs and then built it back up. We designed three beautiful bathrooms, one gorgeous kitchen, and added pretty light fixtures and archways to the space. And while this renovation brought us many challenges, these challenges proved that having the right people by your side is by far your best power tool. I am grateful to be able to share this wild journey with Raquel. Together, we find ways to support each other as we face the many setbacks that construction and renovations bring our way.

I am happy to say, this week, we closed the final chapter of this story. The finished project was so well received by many, and we are ready to pass the house keys to its new sweet family.

We have now completed two house flips. Each renovation taught us very different lessons. We have learned so much from both projects and still have a lot to learn.

So, will there be a third house flip? Well…we shall see. But by the before and after photos below, it’s safe to say that it might not be a bad idea, right?
