Renovating a small bedroom can be tricky, but it’s also a chance to create a space that’s truly impactful and personal. For this project, the goal was clear: turn a compact room into a cozy retreat that feels stylish and elevated. The star of the show? A stunning black bouclé-upholstered bed that takes comfort and sophistication to the next level.

This bed immediately became the focal point of the room, thanks to its rich texture and inviting design. The soft bouclé fabric adds warmth, while its curved lines introduce a gentle elegance to the overall look. Above the bed, we layered asymmetrical wall decor and a statement sconce to infuse the space with movement and personality. These elements break away from traditional symmetry, drawing the eye upward and creating the illusion of higher ceilings.

The room’s floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, making it feel open and airy. For functionality, we added automated shades and blackout curtains—perfect for those mornings when you just want to sleep in. We kept the color palette light and neutral, layering in pops of color with a lush green rug and a rust-colored ottoman to add depth and warmth.
