A Scandinavian-inspired Bathroom
Last week we finished styling another bathroom renovation for the one and only #clientkoko. This is the second bathroom renovation we did for this beautiful home. The plan was to carry the overall look of the home into this space while designing a bathroom on a budget.
We used black hexagon floor tiles and a contrasting wall-mounted white vanity. The bathroom felt dark and dull before. So using a lot of white and brass details really helped in brightening up this place. The mirror from CB2 is such a statement in the bathroom. And I love the white and brass sconces flanking the mirror. I think the two sconces might be my favorite items in the room.
The towel rack we chose from Rejuvenation is basically a wall sculpture, perfect for the long white wall. Adding this sophisticated walnut rack was a great way to dress up this spot. I also created another one of my clay and yarn decor pieces to help elevate this spot.
Other fun pieces in this room are the clay and yarn hanging décor, the fun stool, and a beautiful runner. I also had fun creating the potato stamping artwork with Olivia (the boss lady of this bathroom). This artwork was a great way to customize her own space.
