Loving Your Home During Quarantine / Day 3

Happy Sunday! As we all have been staying home safely, I have been looking for some creative ways to love #casacancado even more during these quarantine days. I think one way to help our mental health during this health crisis is through exercise. If it’s just a simple walk with the dog or a yoga session with the ladies from Gud Yoga, the days that I move my body are the days that I feel more energized and inspired to accomplish things.

One way to enjoy your home during quarantine is to break the routine by creating moments in new places. So, take the yoga mat to your backyard if the weather is nice, let the kids do a sleepover in the living room, or set the dinner table outside. I believe there is still magic to be found in our homes if we get creative. What are some ways you’ve been enjoying your home during quarantine?
