A House Flip – We have Big News to Share
We are ecstatic to report that in a pinch-me moment we bought a new house. Well, a new old house that is. It turns out that after years, and years of thinking about flipping houses, we finally decided to do a house flip. We are not quite sure yet if there will be many more flips in Trendy Peas’ future. I guess if we manage to get this house flip done without too many hiccups and headaches we might consider doing a few more. Right?
Measuring 1,300 square feet, #flipmagnolia is an old house sitting peacefully on a beautiful street, in a great neighborhood. This house has been a rental property for quite some time. So it is safe to say that #flipmagnolia has had its better days.
The good news is that the layout of the house is pretty good. However, a huge facelift is in full effect. We are talking new roof, HVAC system, electrical work, new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and the list goes on, and on, and on.
