#themanchesterflip is getting the prettiest finishes for its powder room. I am referring to a super pretty brass sconce, a gorgeous ceiling light in brass and black, and a sleek wall-mounted sink in white. We are also adding a black faucet to tie in with the black detail from the ceiling light plus black bathroom accessories, such as the toilet paper holder and a hand towel hook. Choosing all the right finishes for this space was so much fun. We wanted to keep the design very simple and clean while appealing to any potential buyer. And I think we got it just right.

We’ve got all the items for the powder room from build.com. I love the project feature that they have on their website. Basically, after you create an account, you can create projects and save items that you want to purchase for a specific project. This cool feature helps me a lot when working on multiple design projects because it really facilitates the ordering process. Once you are ready to place an order, you can find the saved items for that specific job all in one place. This is such a big help when doing an entire house flip. There are so many parts to this giant puzzle, and being able to simplify the sourcing and ordering process is a huge deal for me.

Now forgive me while I stand here holding these gorgeous light fixtures. I am just trying to give you a good idea of how the powder room at #themanchesterflip will look when done. Can you see it?
