Bathroom Reveal #themanchesterflip
When designing our house flips, we have to find a clever use of materials throughout the home to allow an elevated look within a somewhat constricted budget.
The use of subway tiles can be a great way to save on the budget because there are so many different subway tile options and price points available. I like how the subway tiles in the shower offer sheen and texture to this bathroom creating a timeless design. In this space we wanted to use a contrasting gray grout to emphasize the running bond tile pattern. By using a contrasting gray color we created an instant focal point.
We added more texture to this full bathroom by using a hexagon floor tile and textured vanity drawers. Bringing different textures into a space is another great way to elevate the overall design and feel of the room through the use of material.
Two pretty sconces dressed in brass and nickel frame a simple skinny mirror to complete the look. We are allowing all the neutral tones to repeat throughout this home to create a cohesive narrative.
