One of the crucial aspects of dining room design is choosing the right furniture. A well-selected dining table can anchor the space and set the tone for the rest of the room. Here, an eight feet long table in white ash wood takes center stage. With beautiful cylindrical legs and round corners, this timeless table design makes a bold statement. Surrounding the table are bouclé upholstered dining chairs that provide comfort and elegance. At the end of each side of the table, two sculptured leather chairs add another layer of sophistication to the composition. This combination of materials and textures creates a harmonious blend that exudes style and luxury.

To define the dining area and add warmth to the space, a neutral 8×10 braided jute rug is placed under the table. This not only delineates the dining area but also adds a touch of natural charm. The use of natural materials such as jute brings an earthy element to the room and creates a cozy and inviting ambiance.

With an open floor plan and large windows, it’s essential to create focal points where possible. To create a focal point in this dining room, we made use of a wall space measuring sixty-eight inches. Just enough wall space to house a console and artwork. Here, a dark wood console grounds the scene and adds contrast to the predominantly light color palette. Above the console, a stunning artwork by local artist Thomas Hager serves as a reminder of the nearby beach, adding a touch of serenity and tranquility to the space.

Now that this setup is done, it is time to set the table. Imagine a family dinner. The food is the secret family recipe that everyone loves. Between lemonades or Summer cocktails, everyone is sipping their favorite drinks. From the speakers, you can hear that playlist that was carefully created for this one special moment. Laugher. Jokes.
