This year Thanksgiving is going to look a lot different. But however we celebrate this holiday, ultimately, we get to choose what gratitude looks like. Appreciating the things that are often overlooked, has been one of 2020 biggest lessons. The truth is there is still so much to be grateful for.
Perhaps this is the time to start a new tradition. A time to set the table outside. A time to improvise. Below we are listing a few tips to create a casual/cool Thanksgiving set up.
Create an outdoor scene (weather permitting)
Setting up the table outside can be a great way to changes things up while creating a casual scene. Swapping outdoor chairs for indoor chairs is an effortless way to dress up the table. To keep the table setting super relaxed, skip the table cloth. And to create a more dramatic moment, bring in a centerpiece. A few fall branches in the most pretty autumn colors will easily do the trick.
Make it personal, with a personal touch
Thanksgiving is a time to reflect and celebrate. A time to appreciate the connection with our loved ones. Gathering old or new moments from your photo collection can be a fun way to drape the table.
