I guess progress shots are my jam this week. But that is ok, because any progress is better than no progress at all, right? As things keep moving at our lovely house flip #themanchesterflip, today I am sharing how the exterior is looking right now and where we are going with it. And even though this is only a progress shot, it looks one hundred times better than when we purchased this house back in February.

We have replaced all the old green siding with a classic white Caroline Beaded siding. The porch floor and railings were also replaced and will get a coat of stain later in the project. We will be adding two black industrial wall sconces by the front door. And we will also replace the old red door with a glass framed black door.

This before photo above makes me so proud. Look at it! That house that was once looking so sad, is now getting some new life. There will be no more haunted house episodes here. This will be a beautiful home for an awesome family.
