Effortless Thanksgiving Dining Table
It looks like it’s almost time to set that table. So, what do you have planned for Thanksgiving this year? Over here, we are focusing on an effortless thanksgiving dining table set up. We wanted to style a chic environment while keeping the task easy. So we brought mixed napkin patterns, different green-colored glasses, and a simple eucalyptus arrangement to the table in order to create our casual, and yet chic table setting.
Dishes
Mixing the color of the dishes helps in creating a casual look while keeping things visually interesting. We mixed black plates with gray bowls and added green-colored glasses for contrast. This color combo works great against the wood grain of this beautiful table.
Center Piece Arrangement
I love the look of eucalyptus and couldn’t think of a better choice for this time of the year. So we arranged a bulk of eucalyptus branches together in a large black vase. I love how the branches droop around the vase creating a very organic arrangement. We clipped a few small branches and placed them on the napkins to complete this effortless thanksgiving dining table look.
Napkins
Non-iron napkins are welcomed. Having napkins in different patterns bring good cheer to the table. We used what we had around the house, but I am loving the look of these here by West Elm.
Silverware
Using cut leather straps, we’ve tied the silverware together for a fun look. Having the silverware together in a buffet situation would be kinda neat too. We will be posting more about these DIY leather straps next week.
Table Cloth
I can’t remember the last time I used a table cloth. While looking for practicality, having a pretty table that works as the perfect backdrop for the table setting is by far the best option. So one more time, we skipped the table cloth and let the Mango wood be a part of this pretty setup.
